TOU-CU/PU/S4H/S4O Graphics
-Please review all of our terms before making your purchases. Due to the nature of our business, refunds will not be issued.
-Please be sure to ask all questions before purchasing these graphics.
-All graphics are 300 dpi and come in both, transparent PNG and non-transparent JPG formats. Our graphics are very large work great for printed projects.

PLEASE DO:
-You must make some things with the graphics such as printables, embroidery designs, scrapbook pages to sell on your own website, ebay, Etsy, on line malls.
-Give credit to us in your product description with a clickable link to www.clipart4resale.com
-Lock or flatten your finished printable and or scrapbook page so that the graphics can not be removed from them.
-Digitize Embroidery designs before selling them on your website.
-Email me should you see some one not abiding by our terms of use. I would greatly appreciate that.

PLEASE DON'T:
-You may not sell or give away our graphics in forums, on line groups, membership programs, multi-vendor sites, online craft malls or graphic clubs.You can however give away an occasional freebie of your finished product on your own website.
-You may not give away or sell these graphics "as is", you must make something using the graphics.
-You may not sell these graphics to anyone or share these graphics with anyone.
-You may not alter these graphics in any way and sell or give them away as graphics.
-You may not re-color these graphics at any time.
-Web Designers: You may not include these graphics, as a graphic when you build your websites for sale or free.
-You may not distribute these graphics (for sale or for free) via email, download (instant or as a link), CD.
-You may not sell these graphics to other individuals/businesses at any time.
-You may not make new graphic collections by adding to them or mixing and matching collections.
-You may not make make brushes or tubes from these graphics.
-You may not include these graphics (as a graphic) in scrapkit.

Misc TERMS:
-Please do not assume it is ok to do something with the graphics that is not listed here. Email us anytime you have questions.
-You do not own the copyrights to these graphics, when purchasing the graphic collections you have a license to use them per our terms.
-You may not claim the graphic collection as your own, please give credit to us.
-Please back up your graphics on CD or DVD. We will not resend graphics should your computer malfunction.
-We reserve the right to update our terms of use, should we need to. Please refer to our terms on a regular basis to check for updates.
-Note: Clipart 4 Resale reserves the Creative Rights to make other graphics with similar themes & designs (animals, spring, etc) for sale on our website.
We retain the rights to use these graphics elsewhere in our business.

-Here are some suggested design ideas, but you are not limited to these ideas.
Printables: Door Hangers, Gift Tags, Gift Boxes, Glass Blocks, Candle-Bath Body Product Labels, Candy Wrappers, Clock faces, Business Cards,
Place Cards, Note cards, Gift Cards, Stickers, Shopping List, To-Do List, Recipe Cards, Invitations, Background Papers, Mouse Pads, Magnets,

Updated Terms only apply to all purchases made from me after January 21st, 2010

Terms apply to retail and LRP Members. LRP Members please pass on these terms to your customers as these terms apply to them as well.

Sharing/Freebies: You may not share or give away any graphics purchased from my site with any other person or on-line group. You may not make printables, web sets, scrap kits, etc and share or give them away in an on-line group. LRP members must abide by these terms as well.

You are allowed to give away an occasional printable, web set, scrap kit, etc only on your own website.

Anyone caught sharing or giving away graphics, printables, web sets, scrap kits, etc in on-line groups will be banned from my website and/or asked to leave our Licensed Resellers Program.

Resale Pricing: Terms apply to both our retail customers and Licensed Reseller Members.

When selling our graphic collections you must abide by our minimum pricing terms. These prices are just a minimum required price when selling my graphics, you may of course charge more but no less than the prices listed below.

Semi-Exclusive/Limited Sets $1.00 minimum
Exclusive sets $3.00 minimum
Resellers sets (sold as an exclusive sets only) $3.00 Minimum
Resellers sets (Sold as a Reseller set) $5.00 minimum

Anyone caught not abiding by my price terms will be banned from my website and/or asked to leave our Licensed Resellers Program.

-This collection may not be sold in a Graphics Club Program, membership Program or any type of club.
-This collection may not be given away in a Graphics Club Program, membership Program or any type of club.

-This collection will only be sold a limited # of times. Clipart 4 Resale/Doodle World Graphics/Whimsy Primsy Graphics will not resell this graphic collection again, in any form once all licenses have been purchased.
-This Collection may not be sold in a resellers Program.
-This collection may not be sold in a Graphics Club Program, membership Program or any type of club.
-This collection may not be given away in a Graphics Club Program, membership Program or any type of club.
