(LRP) Reseller for Resellers: We have discontinued this program. All graphics you purchased while in our LRP program can continue to be sold or used per those TOU. All previous TOU still apply to those collections. New graphics made after June 15th, 2011 - will no longer be allowed to be sold in a reseller program, they may only be sold as retail on your website. There will be no exceptions.

-Sharing/Freebies: We are a "business to business" company. You may not share/give away our graphics "as is" at any time; in forums, on line groups, membership programs, multi-vendor sites, online craft malls or graphic clubs, etc.
-You may not make printables, cutter files, web sets, scrap kits, etc and share or give them away in forums, on line groups, membership programs, multi-vendor sites, online craft malls or graphic clubs, etc. You can however give away an occasional freebie of your finished product-only on your own website or blog.
Pricing Minimums: To avoid price wars...all of our clipart may not be sold for less than 1.00 dollar (US). You may run an occasional coupon/sale. By occasional we suggest, no more than once a month for no more than 3 days at a time. Or you may have a coupon/sale every other month for 7 days maximum. Please be reasonable about your coupon/percent off amount.
Professional Licensee's: You May:
-Sell our collections as a digital stamp, pattern, b/w clipart or your multiple colored clipart collections as retail only.
-Sell as individual clipart either as b/w or colored individual clip art as retail only.
-CYO collections: You may color this clip art collection in a variety of color schemes and sell each color scheme as it's own collection as retail only.
-Make into cutter files and sell your files as retail only. You may not mix and match cutter files from various collections.
-They may not be sold in any resellers program, given away or sold in a graphics program, club, online forum or group.
-Make CU/PU products and sell your finished product as retail only. See CU/PU TOU below.
You May NOT:
-Sell our b/w or colored collections in a Resellers Program.
-Mix and Match our Pre-colored/CYO collections to make new clip art collections.
-You may not create new clipart collections by altering the clipart in any way.
-You may not add clipart to the clip art collections and sell them as a new clip art collection.
-Sell or give away in online groups or forums, Graphics Club Program, membership Program or any type of club.
-Split the clip art collections, add to them and sell as clip art collections.
CU/PU Licensee's TOU:
When using our BW or pre-colored graphics you must make them into something. At no time may you sell or give away our BW or pre-colored graphics to anyone, at any time.
You may:
-You may color the CYO to coordinate with your projects.
-You must make some thing with the graphics such as printables, embroidery designs, cutter files, scrapbook pages to sell on your own website, ebay, Etsy, on line malls.
-Give credit to us in your product description with a clickable link to www.clipart4resale.com
-Lock or flatten your finished printable and or scrapbook page so that the graphics can not be removed from them.
-Digitize Embroidery designs before selling them on your website.
You may not:
-You may not distribute these graphics (for sale or for free) to other individuals or businesses via email, download (instant or as a link), CD, etc. at any time. You can however give away an occasional freebie of your finished product on your own website.
-You may not make new graphic collections by adding to them or mixing and matching collections.
-You may not make make brushes or tubes from these graphics.
-Our graphics may not be used in or sold in any mass produced products, CDs downloads, etc.
-You may not alter our pre-colored graphics in any way and sell or give them away as graphics.
-You may not re-color our pre-colored graphics at any time.
-You may not make our pre-colored graphics into line art/digital stamps at any time.
-Scrap Kit Designers: You must make your own Papers, elements, etc. Scrapkits may not consist of just our clipart. When our clipart is used it must be made into something such as stickers, merge into frames and backgrounds, you may apply filters (as long as the filter can not be removed from your file) etc. You may not include these graphics (in their original state, as a graphic) in a scrapkit.
Web Designers: You may not include our graphics, as a graphic when you build your websites for sale or for free.

Terms apply to retail and LRP Members. LRP Members please pass on these terms to your customers as these terms apply to them as well.
Sharing/Freebies: You may not share or give away any graphics purchased from my site with any other person or on-line group. You may not make printables, web sets, scrap kits, etc and share or give them away in an on-line group. LRP members must abide by these terms as well.
You are allowed to give away an occasional printable, web set, scrap kit, etc only on your own website.
Anyone caught sharing or giving away graphics, printables, web sets, scrap kits, etc in on-line groups will be banned from my website and/or asked to leave our Licensed Resellers Program.
Resale Pricing: Terms apply to both our retail customers and Licensed Reseller Members.
When selling our graphic collections you must abide by our minimum pricing terms. These prices are just a minimum required price when selling my graphics, you may of course charge more but no less than the prices listed below.
Semi-Exclusive/Limited Sets $1.00 minimum
Exclusive sets $3.00 minimum
Resellers sets (sold as an exclusive sets only) $3.00 Minimum
Resellers sets (Sold as a Reseller set) $5.00 minimum
Anyone caught not abiding by my price terms will be banned from my website and/or asked to leave our Licensed Resellers Program.
