You May:
-You may sell this Scrap Kit collection in its original state on your website for CUPU only.

You May Not:
-You may not redistribute for free, these Scrap kits and/or it's contents to anyone in any form including copying, sharing (on-line groups, in forums, graphics clubs, on CD or as download).
-You may not re-color any of the graphics and sell the re-colored graphics in a resellers program or as retail.
-You may not remove the color (make into lineart) and sell this collection as clipart/digital stamps.
-You may not mix and match various collections.
-You may not create new clipart collections/scrap kits by altering the contents in any way.
-You make not make clipart collections using the images within the scrap kit and sell them as a clip art collection.
-You may not add clipart to the Scrap Kit and sell it.
-You may not sell partial collections.

You Must:
-The Scrap Kit must be sold "as is" in the original state in which you purchased it from clipart4resale.


Due to the nature of our business, refunds will not be made.

We reserve the rights to make similar graphics and or digital stamps. We reserve the right to use these Digital Stamps/Graphics elsewhere in our business. We reserve the right to color, modify and/or alter these Digital Stamps/graphics as many times as we like and sell them as digital stamps/graphics on our website, other websites, CD and/or download. We retain the copyrights to these digital stamps/graphics.
