We strive to create products that bring you satisfaction at Clipart 4 Resale! Since all of our products are digital and cannot be returned, we are dedicated to assisting you in maximizing the value of your purchase.
If you encounter a technical issue with an item, please reach out to our support team. We take great care in providing support to all our customers, and we are always eager to assist!
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: Bought the same product twice by mistake? Contact our support team!
- Technical Issue: If a technical issue arises that cannot be resolved by our team after confirmation, please get in touch with a detailed description of the problem. If we encounter a consistently reproducible issue with the digital files that we cannot resolve together, a refund can be offered. Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.
- Misrepresentation: If the delivered item does not match the described function in the item description, it will be considered “misrepresented.” Subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item are not considered misrepresentation. Stating that an item “isn’t of a good standard” does not constitute misrepresentation.
Refunds cannot be processed in the following circumstances:
- The purchased product is no longer needed.
- You have found another product you prefer, or you have changed your mind about the purchase.
- You lack the expertise to use the product.
- You do not have the appropriate software to open and edit the product.
- You accidentally bought an item, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.
- You believe the item is of low quality.
- You are experiencing difficulty downloading the product due to insufficient internet speed, instability, inability to handle a large download, or similar internet-related issues.
- The intended use of the item falls outside our license agreement.
- You claim a technical issue with the item but are unable or unwilling to provide adequate evidence of the issue.
- Your product purchase was made over 30 days ago.
All refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of clipart4resale.com.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
At Clipart 4 Resale, we are committed to ensuring you have a great experience. If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the matter. We aim to respond to most inquiries within 48 hours during our business hours of Monday-Friday, 9-5 GMT.
Before requesting a refund, please make sure to review our Refund Policy mentioned above.
Please note that we may permanently close accounts from which we have received chargebacks. In such cases, previous purchases will no longer be accessible. Any PayPal disputes will automatically result in the temporary disabling of your account until the dispute is resolved.
I filed a dispute via PayPal. Why haven’t I received a response?
The most effective way to address any purchase issue is by contacting us through our Support page. Any disputes filed through PayPal will automatically disable your account until the dispute is resolved. We are more than willing to resolve any duplicate purchase and other issues, but you will need to directly contact us.
What if I filed a chargeback by mistake?
Please contact your bank/card issuer or PayPal to withdraw the chargeback. Once the chargeback is removed, we will be able to reactivate your account.
I didn’t file a chargeback! Why is my account closed?
Occasionally, if a card is canceled due to theft/loss or has been reported for fraudulent activity, a bank or card issuer may label all transactions within a specific time frame as “fraudulent.” If this applies to your situation, please contact your bank or card issuer to withdraw the chargeback.
